These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the waynkoun website, services, booking channels, payment links, WhatsApp communications, and related customer interactions operated by Prokle.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Waynkoun is a lifestyle, gifting, concierge, and family-support service operated by Prokle in Lebanon.

  1. Scope of Services
  • Waynkoun provides customized services in Lebanon, including but not limited to:
  • surprise gifting and curated experiences
  • family and social gathering support
  • airport welcome coordination
  • presence-based visits
  • delivery coordination
  • celebration and event arrangements
  • custom requests accepted in writing
  • Waynkoun acts as a service provider, coordinator, and facilitator. Some services may involve third-party vendors, restaurants, drivers, couriers, florists, decorators, photographers, or venues.

 

  1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding agreement
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • you are authorized to request the service for yourself or for the intended recipient
  • Waynkoun may refuse or suspend service where information is inaccurate, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe.

 

  1. Booking Confirmation
  • A service request is considered confirmed only when:
  • the requested scope is clearly agreed
  • the pricing is approved
  • any required deposit or advance payment is received
  • Waynkoun confirms acceptance through an official channel
  • No booking is guaranteed until confirmation is issued.

 

  1. Customized Services
  • Many Waynkoun services are highly personalized. Because of this:
  • pricing may vary depending on urgency, location, complexity, sourcing, and third-party costs
  • visual references are indicative only
  • exact duplication of products or arrangements is not guaranteed
  • substitutions may be made where necessary while preserving the overall spirit of the request

 

  1. Pricing

Prices may include:

  • service fees
  • coordination fees
  • delivery or transport fees
  • third-party supplier costs
  • urgent handling fees
  • holiday surcharges
  • customization charges

Obvious pricing or typographical errors may be corrected before final confirmation.

 

  1. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

Waynkoun may accept:

  • cash in Lebanon
  • local bank transfer
  • international bank transfer
  • secure payment link
  • approved digital payments
  • Only the methods communicated at the time of booking will apply

Payment Timing

Depending on the service, we may require:

  • full advance payment
  • a deposit before execution
  • the balance before delivery or execution
  • full upfront payment for urgent requests

Confirmation of Booking

  • A booking is confirmed only once:
  • the scope is agreed
  • the price is approved
  • required payment is received & collected
  • waynkoun confirms the booking officially

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the stage of execution.
  • Standard Bookings
  • More than 72 hours before execution: up to 60% refund, less non-recoverable costs and payment charges
  • Less than 24 hours before execution: non-refundable
  • Customized or Personalized Services
  • Customized, made-to-order, branded, perishable, reserved, or recipient-specific services are generally non-refundable once confirmed and ordered.
  • Same-Day and Urgent Services
  • Same-day and urgent requests are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Third-Party Bookings
  • Any refund related to restaurants, venues, transportation, entertainers, photographers, or similar bookings depends on what can be recovered from the third party.

 

  1. Changes to Confirmed Services

Changes after confirmation are subject to timing, feasibility, and additional cost. Waynkoun is not obliged to accept last-minute modifications.

 

  1. Surprise and Presence-Based Services
  • Waynkoun specializes in emotional and surprise-oriented services. While we act with care and discretion, we do not guarantee:
  • a particular emotional reaction
  • complete secrecy where third parties are involved
  • exact execution of sample visuals
  • exact timing where delays occur beyond reasonable control
  • Where we are requested to visit a loved one or elderly person, the service remains supportive and observational only and does not replace medical, emergency, legal, or regulated care.

 

  1. Third-Party Providers

Some services depend on external providers. Waynkoun is not liable for failures, delays, shortages, or cancellations caused solely by third-party vendors.

 

  1. Prohibited Requests
  • Waynkoun may refuse any request involving:
  • unlawful conduct
  • harassment or stalking
  • invasion of privacy
  • impersonation or fraud
  • unauthorized access
  • prohibited or dangerous goods
  • bribery or unlawful facilitation
  • any activity contrary to Lebanese law or public order

 

  1. Electronic Communications

You agree that confirmations, invoices, receipts, approvals, and booking-related communications may be exchanged electronically through email, WhatsApp, payment links, or other official channels used by Waynkoun.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All Waynkoun branding, logos, visuals, concepts, text, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Prokle and may not be copied or reused without prior written approval.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prokle shall not be liable for indirect, sentimental, incidental, or consequential loss. Where liability is established, it shall generally not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Lebanon.
